The facts:  Niles Stephens in action

Welcome to Niles' record.  We believe in complete transparency, especially for the pivotal Missouri House Dist. 110 election.  As you prepare for the August 4, 2026 Republican primary election,  here you can discover the factual events and decisions that reveal Niles Stephens' true record.  Our objective is to help you and all Missouri District 110 voters make an informed choice.

Violating public trust: stealing elderly voters' email accounts

One of the most alarming and telling revelations about Niles Stephens is his egregious act of misappropriating elderly residents' email addresses for his own personal gain - while he was a Wildwood elected official

This breach of trust and unauthorized invasion of privacy raises serious questions about his morals, ethics and character, and demonstrates a flagrant abuse of the very constituents he seeks to represent in Missouri House Dist. 110.

Voters deserve to know the full extent of this misuse.  His conduct ultimately resulted in the city of Wildwood successfully obtaining a change to Missouri law, which now prohibits such conduct by any elected Missouri official.

Consistently fails to pay taxes

Niles Stephens - who also on occasion goes by the name "Fredrick Stephens" - consistently fails to pay his taxes, causing you and everyone else to be responsible for his share.

Specifically, he repeatedly failed to pay his St. Louis County, Missouri personal property taxes when due in 2020, 2021 and 2023

He shields and deflects this behavior from voters by  touting his role as Managing Director of MO Tax Relief Now, a small Chesterfield, Missouri organization focused on lowering taxes that includes Chesterfield resident Dennis Ganahl and Missouri State Representative Ben Keathley (R - Chesterfield).

As a recent, persistent tax dodger, he has no credility on the issue of taxes, and his conduct makes a mockery of that organization and its leadership.

Undermining faith: attacks on Christians

Niles Stephens has shown a concerning action of attacking Christians for their beliefs.  Prior to filing to run for Missouri House Dist. 110, he appeared at the Wildwood City Council chambers during a public meeting of the Council and ridiculed and attacked a sitting Council Member based on his commitment to Christianity.  This Council Member actually served as a youth minister at his church in west St. Louis County.

In a state and district where faith is a cornerstone for many, such actions are deeply troubling.  For voters in Missouri House Dist. 110, understanding his stance against religious freedom and lack of espect for diverse convictions and faith is crucial when heading to the polls on August 4, 2026.

Wildwood's dollars for north county?

As a one-term City Council Member in Wildwood, Niles Stephens actively pushed for an extremely progressive and liberal agenda:  diverting Wildwood taxpayers' hard-earned tax dollars to North County.

This decision, if enacted, would have directly impacted the resources and services available to Wildwood residents.  It would have also used their tax dollars for a region and individuals entirely unrelated to them

His unabashed willingness to push for such a measure not only shows a deep disconnect with elected officials' fiscal responsibilities and the needs of Missouri House Dist. 110 voters, it also reveals his willingness to ignore and violate conservative Republican values and beliefs.

As with his persistent failure to pay taxes, he has no credibility on the issue of taxes or fiscal responsibility, and it further undermines the credibility of the MO Tax Relief Now organization and its leadership.

Roadmap of a criminal apologist

Whether it is litigating against the Missouri Ethics Commission, consistently and knowingly violating municipal codes, or supporting elected officials who have been censured and convicted of abusing their office or who were charged with perpetrating harrassment on city employees, Niles Stephens has a long record showing he believes he's above the rule of law

He continually and knowingly violated city of Wildwood regulations pertaining to his residential property - while he was an elected official!

Niles Stephens accepted money for his current Missouri House Dist. 110 race from a former Wildwood government official convicted of unlawful use of elected office and obstruction.  He has also accepted money for his Missouri House Dist. 110 campaign from individuals charged with assault, investigated for bribery and another who has pleaded guilty to forgery.  In fact, a large percentage of his contributors have criminal backgrounds.

Political action committees:  do as I say, not as I do.

Before deciding to run for Missouri House Dist. 110, Niles Stephens was a vocal critic of political action committees, and aggressively targeted numerous Wildwood city officials who took PAC contributions.

Now, he readily seeks and accepts PAC money.  In fact, he has accepted  PAC money from numerous sources in connection with his Missouri House Dist. 110 race.  Some of this money is from PAC's associated with individuals having criminal histories.

This further demonstrates Niles Stephens' pattern of taking actions to further enrich himself when convenient to do so, with no regard for beliefs or principles.
